Knowing how much chemical is left, in between service visits.

Readybit Joins the Association of Water Technologies

Readybit has joined the Association of Water Technologies. AWT is the trade association for industrial water treatment, with more than 500 member companies looking after commercial and industrial cooling and heating systems.Talk to enough water treaters and the conversation ends up in the same place. The chemistry sits in totes and drums at customer sites you get to every few weeks, and in between nobody knows how much is left. You find out a tank ran dry when the readings come back wrong, or when the customer calls. That is what we built the IQ-1 Monitor for. It goes on the container and reports the level, so a truck rolls because something is low rather than because it has been three weeks. The useful part is knowing which stop needs chemical before you load up.
Why AWT
AWT runs the training and certification programs, publishes The Analyst, and puts on the annual convention. Mostly it is where water treaters talk to each other, which is the part we care about.
“You cannot hold a system in spec while guessing at what is in the tank. We joined AWT to work on that with the people who have been doing it the hard way for decades.”Trevor Wilcox, CEO, Readybit
AWT is at awt.org. If you want to see what the IQ-1 does on a tank of your own, get in touch.

Better data for safer, more reliable chemical distribution.

Readybit Joins the Alliance for Chemical Distribution

Readybit is a proud member of the Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD), the organization representing companies that formulate, blend, repackage, warehouse, transport, and market high-quality chemicals and chemical products to 750,000 end users in nearly every industry sector.Distributors do not get to be surprised. A tote that runs dry, a delivery that slips, an overfill that should never have happened: each one costs money, trust, or worse. Readybit built the IQ-1 Monitor to take that guesswork off the table, with real-time levels on every container and a warning long before anything runs out.Through ACD, members stay up to date with the information, resources, and connections they need to safely, reliably, responsibly, and sustainably move the chemical products our world depends on. That mission lines up with ours: better data means fewer emergency runs, fewer spills, and a clearer picture of what is where, across every site.
"We’re proud to join an organization where the future of chemical distribution is being written by the people who know it best."Matt Williams, Head of Business Development, Readybit
Learn more about the Alliance for Chemical Distribution at acd-chem.com, or contact us to see how the IQ-1 Monitor helps distributors track chemical inventory in real time.
