Real-time visibility across every account

Stop losing revenue to containers you cannot see

Your chemicals are at customer sites, out of sight. When containers run dry between deliveries, that is revenue you never earned, and you may never know it happened. The IQ-1 Monitor gives your whole team real-time visibility into every container, at every account, from one dashboard.

The revenue you are losing is invisible

Chemical distribution runs on trust: trust that reps are checking accounts, trust that customers will call when they need a refill, trust that scheduled deliveries match actual consumption. When that trust breaks, containers sit empty and nobody knows.

Containers go empty between deliveries. Customers switch suppliers because they ran out and needed an emergency order from someone else. Equipment malfunctions waste chemical for days or weeks before anyone notices. Without real-time data, these problems are invisible — they never show up on an invoice or a report.

What changes when you have real-time data

Stockout prevention

Alerts notify your team before containers run dry, giving you lead time to schedule a delivery instead of reacting to an emergency call.

Equipment problem detection

Abnormal consumption patterns reveal dosing pump miscalibrations, stuck valves, and other equipment issues — often within days of sensor deployment.

Route optimization

Delivery routes based on actual container levels instead of fixed schedules. Your drivers go where they are needed, not where the calendar says.

For manufacturer partners

When a distributor's operation runs on consumption data flowing through your partnership, switching chemical suppliers means losing that visibility. Monitoring data helps manufacturers understand how their products are actually being consumed in the field.

Frequently Asked Questions

The IQ-1 uses 60 GHz radar to measure fluid levels through the container wall without any contact with the chemical. There is no probe, no float, and no risk of contamination. Mount it on top of the container and it starts measuring immediately.

Plastic drums (30 and 55 gallon), IBC totes (275 and 330 gallon), 5-gallon pails, and 2.5-gallon F-style jugs. Custom container sizes are also supported. Steel drums are not currently supported.

Place the sensor on the container, open the Readybit dashboard, name the container, assign it to a site and customer, and set alert thresholds. No tools, no wiring, no technician. Setup takes minutes.

The sensor communicates over cellular, so there is no Wi-Fi dependency, no gateway, and no IT setup required. It works anywhere there is cell coverage.

Low-level alerts, abnormal consumption alerts, and delivery confirmation alerts. Alerts can be configured per container, per site, or per customer.

The IQ-1 has a rechargeable battery with more than one year of battery life under normal operating conditions.

ROI depends on the number of containers monitored and the value of the revenue at risk from stockouts at your accounts. Distributors typically see returns from prevented stockouts, reduced emergency deliveries, and optimized route planning.
